ABOUT PHOTOGRAPHY by JOYLENE

Photographing moments in time

You can describe to someone a memory, but with a photograph you can share your memories using a visual experience.  When you look at a photograph I want you to remember the mood and magic of the day, not just how nicely dressed you were that day.  Every moment in time is unique and it is my goal to capture those moments via photography so they can be shared with others.

I am a lifestyle and fine art photographer based in Southern Mississippi just south of Lucedale.  Photography is my passion and I would love to document your special moments for you.  I will work with you on a individual basis to create just the type of session you envision.

I photograph individuals, families, seniors, couples, groups and pets on location.  I also have a small in-home studio for more formal type photos.

Browse my galleries, check out my Facebook page, and if you think that I am the photographer for you, stroll on over to the session pricing information page and see what type sessions are available.

Love and butterflies – Joy

    • Hi Lisa! You are right, Otto is very talented as are you! Love your designs – the floors are awesome! Thanks for visiting my blog. Spring has been here for a while now and things are blooming at different rates – great photo opportunities! Look forward to seeing your creations also!

      • Ah, si, I DO miss the wisteria, mock orange and sweet olive, but I can’t complain, as any tropical garden has perpetually-blooming ginger and heliconias, for-real citrus blossoms, and the heavenly ylang ylang for compensation.

I loved your hyacinth images; sign me up so that tidbits of Mississipp will arrive in my inbox! Z

    • Thank you Anne! I would be most honored! I checked out and followed your blog and it is very nice indeed. In today’s world anything that adds to the calm factor is much appreciated. I look forward to reading it each day. Ok, maybe two or three times a week. I haven’t exactly got the laid back calm thing going on yet. Wasn’t that supposed to happen once the kids left home?
